3. Uploading listings via CRM
What does this purpose entail?
Sellers can not only upload listings manually, but also through several CRM applications. Maison La Mer receives (listing) data from multiple different CRM applications which can be linked to the database of Maison La Mer, making it possible for listings to be uploaded from the CRM applications to the database of Maison La Mer. This enables sellers to manage all listings in one place.

In order to communicate with you as a seller, we process personal data from you. We do this to make the contact with you run smoothly. We also process your personal data in order to answer your questions and process your comments and/or complaints, or to provide you with additional information.

V. THIRD PARTIES
1. To provide an accurate and complete marketplace/platform for high-end products and real estate for our members and website visitors, as well as creating a platform for sellers of such products to reach their ideal customer base and create leads
What does this purpose entail?
Maison La Mer uses scraping in order to keep the listings on our website up-to-date and to ensure we provide our visitors with a complete overview of available high-end real estate properties. Scraping entails the automatic collection and storage of information from the internet. Through scraping, we collect and store information from specific Listing Agencies’ websites for high-end real estate properties, including a very limited amount of personal data: mainly business contact details of the Listing Agent. After organizing the data and comparing this information to the information that is already available on our website, we can convert the data into our own format and automatically supplement the information on our website with the information we have collected through scraping.
 
If you want your information removed from our website, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for this purpose. It is possible for Listing Agents to opt-out of the processing of their personal data for this processing purpose by sending us an e-mail through: support@Maison La Mer.com
 
What is the legal basis for processing this personal data?
The legal basis is our legitimate interest to provide an accurate, complete and organized marketplace for real estate for both buyers as well as Listing Agents (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
 
What personal data do we process for this purpose?
For this purpose, we process the data that is collected through scraping. This entails information on properties (price, square meters, number of rooms, photos, amenities, location etc.), the listing agency (company), but also a limited amount of personal data regarding the listing agent (name, telephone number, e-mail address, position, employer).
When organizing the data, we also process the following information related to the seller: name, photo, phone number, employer, and agent profile (name, photo, e-mail address).
 
VI. APPLICANTS
1. For a responsible, effective and efficient recruitment and selection process
What does this purpose entail?
For the recruitment and selection of new employees or temporary employees (freelancers), we process personal data. We do this to assess whether the applicant is suitable for the open position and vice versa. This personal data is stored by default for up to three months after the closing date of the vacancy. In this way, we can still provide you with substantive information if you have questions about the outcome of your application during this period. If the application leads to an appointment, the personal data will be stored in accordance with our retention policy.

We process only the personal data you provide to us. This entails your contact details (such as name and address, e-mail address and telephone number), the personal data from your resume and your cover letter, diploma’s, presentations of previous projects, presentation of a case study, internal comments and a salary proposal (benefits). In some cases we also process the data that is collected as a result of calling the references you provided.

You have the right to be properly informed about what we do with your data and why we need your data. We do that through this privacy statement. In addition to the right to be transparently informed, you have the following rights:

Maison La Mer does not sell or trade your personal data to any third party. Maison La Mer may share certain personal data within the group or with a supplier that requires use or recording of your personal data for the purposes described above in this privacy statement and in accordance with relevant laws. In these limited cases, a specific supplier, partner or service organization may have access to your personal data.
